White Label Sites California

What does one client site cost to deliver, each way, in California?

Our estimate is that one five-page client site costs a California agency $2,363 to build by hand, $966 to $1,037 with a white label builder, $1,377 to $2,177 with a white label firm, and at least $925.74 with DeskTeam360's lowest plan. Each figure is half of a monthly total for 2 sites, at 2025 California pay. DeskTeam360 also sells a site on its own, and its founder says a Custom site starts at $1,500 and an AI Created site at $750.

What workload are these totals built on?

The totals rest on one workload, the same for every choice, and on the assumptions below.

Every choice is priced at the same workload, our estimate: an agency delivers 2 new five-page client sites a month and keeps 10 client sites live.

  • Building one site by hand takes 40 hours of staff time, so 2 sites take 80 hours a month.
  • Building one site in a white label builder takes 15 hours, so 2 sites take 30 hours a month.
  • Reviewing one site that someone else built, with your client, takes 3 hours, so 2 sites take 6 hours a month. We count the same review time for a firm and for DeskTeam360.
  • Setting up your brand and templates in a builder takes 10 hours, one time. It's kept apart from the monthly totals.
  • An hour of staff time costs $59.08 in California and $47.49 across the United States. That's 2025 average hourly pay for web developers, from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. It's pay only, with no benefits or other employer costs.
  • Builder fees, as each maker's page showed them in October 2026: Brizy's White Label plan at $159 a month billed monthly, with 10 sites, and Duda's White Label plan at $199 a month billed monthly, with 4 sites and $17 a month for each extra site.
  • Firm fees, as each firm's page showed them in October 2026: UnlimitedWP's 80-hour bucket at $2,400, which lasts a year, and E2M Solutions' Advanced plan at $3,999 a month for 100 to 120 hours.
  • At UnlimitedWP we count one 80-hour bucket a month, to cover 80 build hours. That's our estimate. An agency with less work would buy fewer.
  • The firm's own build hours sit inside its fee, and your side only reviews.
  • DeskTeam360's total uses its lowest plan, Entrepreneur ($1,497 a month, running 1 task at once), plus your review time. It's the plan fee and review time only. How many five-page sites fit on that plan in a month isn't published, so the total is a floor.
  • DeskTeam360 also prices a site on its own. Its founder says a Custom site starts at $1,500 and an AI Created site at $750, and added features can raise the price. These are starting prices, so none of the totals is built on them.
  • Left out of every total: benefits and employer costs, client domains, hosting for choices 1, 3 and 4, custom work a builder can't do, and any sales tax.
  • For choice 1 the cost to hire varies. Choices 3 and 4 have setup costs that vary, and hosting varies for choices 1, 3 and 4.
  • Each total blends 2025 pay with October 2026 prices. A seller's price can change with sign-in, a sale or yearly billing.
  • All the hours above are our estimates, since no source we found gives the time a five-page site takes to build.

What does each way cost a month?

At this workload, the monthly totals at California pay come to $4,726 by hand, $1,931 to $2,073 with a builder, $2,754 to $4,353 with a firm, and at least $1,851.48 with DeskTeam360's lowest plan.

What does building client sites in house cost?

Building 2 sites a month by hand costs $4,726.40 at California pay, by our estimate.

  • 2 sites at 40 hours each make 80 hours a month.
  • At California pay: 80 x $59.08 = $4,726.40. At US pay: 80 x $47.49 = $3,799.20.
  • For each site in California: $4,726.40 / 2 = $2,363.20.
  • California pay for this job runs $11.59 an hour above US pay.
  • In 2025, web developers in California earned $122,890 a year on average, against $98,770 across the United States. The middle pay, where half earn more and half earn less, was $119,570 in California and $92,650 across the country.
  • That's pay only. Benefits, taxes an employer pays, tools and the cost to hire aren't counted.
  • A solo contractor isn't costed here, because no sourced rate was looked up. California's worker test applies to that choice, and the rules page gives it in the law's words.

What does a rebranded builder cost?

A rebranded builder costs $1,931.40 to $2,073.40 a month at California pay, by our estimate, fee and staff hours together.

  • 2 sites at 15 hours each make 30 hours a month.
  • At California pay: 30 x $59.08 = $1,772.40. At US pay: 30 x $47.49 = $1,424.70.
  • Brizy's White Label plan is $159 a month billed monthly, with 10 websites. With staff hours: $1,772.40 + $159 = $1,931.40 in California, or $1,583.70 at US pay.
  • Duda's White Label plan is $199 a month billed monthly, with 4 published sites and $17 a month for each extra one. For 10 sites: $199 + 6 x $17 = $301. With staff hours: $1,772.40 + $301 = $2,073.40 in California, or $1,725.70 at US pay.
  • For each site in California: $965.70 to $1,036.70.
  • Setup, one time: 10 hours x $59.08 = $590.80 in California, or $474.90 at US pay.
  • Both makers host the sites built on them, so hosting sits inside the fee.
  • Duda's yearly price and Brizy's sale price on extra sites aren't used.

What does a white label web firm cost?

A white label web firm costs $2,754.48 to $4,353.48 a month at California pay, by our estimate, fee and review time together.

  • Your review: 2 sites at 3 hours each make 6 hours. That's 6 x $59.08 = $354.48 in California, or 6 x $47.49 = $284.94 at US pay.
  • UnlimitedWP sells 80 hours for $2,400, good for a year. One bucket a month is our estimate. With review: $2,400 + $354.48 = $2,754.48 in California, or $2,684.94 at US pay.
  • E2M Solutions' Advanced plan is $3,999 a month for 100 to 120 hours. With review: $3,999 + $354.48 = $4,353.48 in California, or $4,283.94 at US pay.
  • E2M's Standard plan, $1,299 for 30 to 35 hours, and its Pro plan, $2,099 for 50 to 60 hours, hold fewer than the 80 build hours, so neither is used.
  • E2M lists "Unlimited full website projects" on its Pro and Advanced plans. Those projects still sit inside each plan's hours.
  • For each site in California: $1,377.24 to $2,176.74.
  • E2M doesn't host sites, and works in your hosting. UnlimitedWP's price page names neither hosting nor a setup fee. Both vary.
  • We don't give a market rate. We show two firms' own prices.

What do you pay for DeskTeam360's flat-rate team?

You pay DeskTeam360 by the month, at $1,497 for its lowest plan, or by the site, where its founder says prices start at $750. DeskTeam360's lowest plan, with your review time, costs at least $1,851.48 a month at California pay.

  • DeskTeam360 sells three plans, set by how many tasks run at once: Entrepreneur at $1,497 a month runs 1, Marketer at $2,994 runs 2, and Agency at $4,491 runs 3.
  • DeskTeam360 also sells one site at a time. Its founder says a Custom site starts at $1,500, and an AI Created site starts at $750.
  • Added features can raise a site's price. For a price on your own project, book a call.
  • Those are starting prices, so we don't build a monthly total or a cost for each site on them.
  • Your review time is the same as with a firm: $354.48 a month in California, or $284.94 at US pay.
  • The floor: $1,497 + $354.48 = $1,851.48 in California, and $1,781.94 at US pay. It's the plan fee and review time only.
  • On the plan, for each site in California: at least $925.74.
  • A full site is bigger than one task, so the team splits it into tasks done in order. How many five-page sites fit on a plan in a month isn't published.
  • Hosting isn't named on DeskTeam360's pages, and setup isn't either. Both vary.
  • For scale, the Entrepreneur plan comes to $17,964 a year, about 15 percent of average California pay for one web developer. One person and a team aren't the same thing.

How do the four totals line up?

On the fee alone, a builder costs least: $159 to $301 a month, against $1,497 for DeskTeam360's lowest plan. The builder fee buys software your own staff build in. The plan fee buys a team's time, 1 task at a time.

  • With staff hours added, a builder comes to $1,931.40 to $2,073.40 a month in California, and DeskTeam360's floor to $1,851.48. The gap at the low end is $79.92, and DeskTeam360's figure is a floor, so we don't claim a saving either way.
  • Done by hand, 80 hours of a developer's pay come to $4,726.40 a month in California. That buys one person's time, with benefits left out.
  • A firm's total buys its block of hours, and your staff only review.
  • No total here includes sales tax. California's two tax rules for website work and software are on the rules page, in their own words.

How we worked this out

We priced each way at one workload, using 2025 pay data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, plus the sellers' own price pages, read on October 14, 2026. Every hour is our estimate, and each total is the sum shown above. The totals leave out benefits, employer costs, client domains, most hosting and sales tax. DeskTeam360's per-site starting prices come from its founder, on October 15, 2026.
