Who's the expert behind the site?
Jeremy Kenerson founded DeskTeam360 in 2018, and he's its Founder and CEO. Before DeskTeam360, he led a digital agency himself.

- He has 13 years of outsourcing behind him, and he says he spent over $1 million on it, learning what works.
- He hosts weekly calls that every client can join.
How was each fact on the site checked?
Every fact on the site comes from a source we saved and read on October 14, 2026: official pay data, California's own law pages, each seller's own pages and DeskTeam360's own pages.
- Each hour in the cost math is our estimate, and it's marked that way wherever it appears.
- Each total is worked out line by line on the cost page.
- Where we give a law, it's in the law's own words, and we don't say how it applies to one agency.
What does DeskTeam360 do for agencies?
We build and look after websites for agencies, and the work goes out under the agency's brand. We call our way of working Office-Based Insourcing.
- Where the work happens. Everyone works in one office. A team leader works on the floor, the computers are new, and the office runs on three internet providers with two sources of backup power. You get the same team month after month.
- Who's on every plan. Your contact is a North American account manager, backed by a team leader. Every plan adds 2 designers, 2 technical Virtual Assistants and 2 developers, with our founder on 2 weekly group calls.
- What we take on. Jobs range from a quick homepage change to a whole-site rebuild, plus landing pages, funnels, bug fixes and site care, on WordPress, Webflow, React and other platforms.
- What stays with you. You keep the strategy and the client, and you or your copywriter write the words for sales pages. Link building and outreach aren't part of what we do.
Which other clients has the team built for?
In early 2020, a San Francisco preschool called The Lands End School came to DeskTeam360 with a landing page that held its contact details. The team built it a new website. Parents can now fill out applications, book tours and join the waitlist online, and the school talks with parents faster.
